Hi everyone, long time no see! I know I've been a bit MIA for the past month, but it's all my Uni's fault. I've been studying pretty much all the time for finals and on top of that I had essays to write and everything has just been pretty hectic.  On the bright side though, it'll all be over in about two weeks!

Anyways, today I managed to get a couple of hours off and decided to 'get back in the game' and write a little blogpost about my favourite Instagram accounts.

PS: If you don't follow me on instagram, you totally should!

Now, on to my favourite accounts!

Vanessa's Instagram account makes me wanna wear pink for the rest of my life! I found her through one of her blogs, Blog Pixie and I'm so glad I did! Her images are so bright and colourful but very minimal at the same time!

I found Flo about 3 years ago, through her tumblr account florencias-clothes (eleanors-clothes at the time) and I have to say she's one of my biggest style inspirations! Her Instagram feed is my definition of goals. I love how empowering she is and how nice she is to everybody, always answering questions and giving tips.

Francisca, just like myself, is a Portuguese blogger. I found her Instagram account through the hashtag #persuepretty (I think that was it haha) and I fell in love with it! She manages to make a simple picture of a lipstick look like something out of a magazine. 100% recommend you to check her account.

I found Lissy through Pinterest actually. Eveytime I logged in, tons of pictures of this stylish girl would appear. For a while, I tried looking for her instagram account but I couldn't, but one day I was scrolling though the recommended page on Instagram and her account appeared. Now, she's one of the people I look up to the most fashion wise. Her style is just flawless!

Maria is one of the nicest bloggers I've talked to! I first found out about her on twitter and then I discovered her on Instagram and I have to say it's one of the best Instagram accounts out there! Not only are her pictures amazing, but her captions are also quite funny a lot of times too.

I was first introduced to Marianna through her youtube channel. Someone recommended her channel to me and then I discovered her Instagram page, which is pretty much goals! Her pictures are stunning  and I love how she doesn't post just about one thing: she posts her outfits, her lunch, her beauty favourites, but it all looks great together because of the colour palette she has going on.

Paula's blog is my favourite place to go when I'm looking for any sort of blogging info. She has tons of blogposts where she explains everything you need to know as a blogger in a fun and very understandable way. Her Instagram account is just beautiful! Her minimal images are what aesthetic dreams are made of

If you don't follow Bec and Marissa on Instagram you're seriously missing out! Her outfits are always flawless and I love how they coordinate colours with each other without looking tacky and tasteless.

So, there you go! These are my favourite Instagram accounts! I have a few more accounts that I really like but these are the ones I love the most.
What are your favourite Instagram accounts?

Pinterest is, along side Instagram, the best social media platform for you tog grow your blog. Most bloggers have a Pinterest account, as it is a great way to showcase your aesthetic and promote your blogposts.

For the past few months, I've been spending a great amount of time focusing on growing my through my Pinterest account. I didn't notice a difference on my blog's stats right away, but right now, I can say that a big amount of my blog traffic comes from Pinterest.

In today's #BloggerHelp, I'll tell you 4 ways you can use Pinterest to grow your blog.

A Pin It button is the easiest way for others to share your content on Pinterest and, therefore, giving your blog exposure to all their followers. You can create your own Pin It button use a plugin or even buy a custom one if you want.

Group board are, in my experience, the best way to grow your blog's traffic through Pinterest. There are tons of group boards out there fro every blogger, whether your a fashion blogger or a book blogger.  Join group boards and share your content regularly. Other bloggers are your best friends when it comes to sharing your content.

I myself have created a Group Board for bloggers, if you're interested in joining. All you have to do is follow me and email me your pinterest link and email to theeuropeancloset@gmail.com.

What are rich pins you ask? Rich pins are pins that include extra information: your blog name, favicon and a little description of the post you're promoting with that image. Here's how you can set up rich pins (on Blogger)

This is something I only started doing recently actually- I know I should've started it sooner but I was too lazy. Pinterest is all about visuals, so a good image can be the thing that can make or break your blogpost.

Pinterest users are all about tall images (aroung 735px wide and 1102px tall) that tell them exactly what they're in for -ie. text. Even though most pins have a description below the actual image, most people, don't really read it, so it's always better to add the tittle of your blogpost on your image, as well as your blog's name.

You can easily create a Pinterest-friendly image on Canva Visme Photoshop. I personally make mine on Canva.

Here's an example of a pinterest-worthy image (feel free to pin it)

I hope you found this post helpful. What do you think is the best way to grow your blog's traffic with Pinterest?
