You're all excited: it's finally vacation time! You've checked your bags at least twice to make sure you have everything you need. When you reach your destination, you realise you forgot something. We've all been there.
One way to prevent this is to create a list of what you need and checking things off as you put them in your bad, but truth is, we don't always have time to do that. That's the reason why, today, I'm bringing you this post that you can come to everytime you go on vacation, you can read it and remember everything you need!

Ah, after a whole year it's finally holiday season! A lot of us will enjoy the time off we have from work/school by going on vacation somewhere. That means packing, right? And packing for vacation means planning outfits ahead of time. I don't know about you all but I hate having to pre-plan an outfit. I'm always changing my mind so what will probably happen is that, when the day to use a pre-planned outfit arrives, I won't feel like wearing that.

However, not everyone is like me and some people actually enjoy pre-planning their outfits. But sometimes even those who like pre-planning don't know what outfits to prepare.

Well, today I'm here to help!

I've gathered 15 outfits I've put together over on my Polyvore account to give you all (pre-planners or not) a few ideas on what to wear on your next holiday (or any day for that matter). I hope you enjoy!

Last year, on Halloween time I was looking for gothic dresses to wear to a party and stumbled upon Rosegal. I immediately fell in love with the website and wanted to explore more. I ended up in the blue bikini section- I don't know how I don't really like blue- and discovered hundreds of amazing and cheap bikinis, among other things.

When Rosegal reached out to me, I couldn't say no to them (obviously) so, today I'm here to show you my swimwear wishlist which basically consists of floral patterned (I'm obsessed with floral prints lately okay?) bikinis and swimsuits.

Time for a new outfit!

It's that time of the year again where the only places good to be in are under an air conditioner or under water. That's right: Summer- I don't know about your city but where I live in it's so hot that, as I'm writing this, I'm melting over my laptop. It's currently 31ºC  (87.8º F) and the temperatures will rise over the weekend, reaching about 38º C (100º F). I'm gonna die. Seriously.

As I said before, on hot days all we want to do is be in a cold place or under water, so a lot of people will go to the beach and enjoy the sea and the sun. The thing is, for me at least- it's very easy to get bored while at the beach. I mean, there is so much tanning and swimming someone can take right?
Today I decided to gather up 8 cool things you can do at the beach so you won't get bored.

1- Read a book or magazine
2- Walk around
3-Photograph the beautiful scenery
4- Get on the rock (if the beach you're in has some) and search for little fish
5- Play volleyball or football
6- Play a card game like Uno
7- Listen to some music while tanning
8- If the ocean allows you to, go for a swim.

What are your favourite activities do to at the beach?

I love reading other blogger's tips on anything. I find amazing how they manage to write an entire blogpost about a single tip or hack and make it so interesting. Sometimes though, I just want to read a straight to the point post that shows me quick and easy tips/hacks that can be absorbed by my brain easily. It's just like a lecture: sometimes we just want the facts and other times we want to explore the subject further.
Today, I decided to gather up my favourite beauty tips and hack and explain each one in one or two short sentences. I hope they can be helpful to you!

PS- I've created a 'Shop My Makeup Stach section on the blog if you're interested in checking out or buying the beauty products I own.

1-Always moisturize before applying makeup
2- Don't forget your suncream. I don't care if it's winter, just put it on!
3- Use a nude eyeliner pencil on your waterline to make your eyes appear bigger and more awake
4- Do a gentle body scrub every 1-2 weeks
5- Clean your makeup brushes once a week
6- Use micellar water on your face even if you haven't worn any makeup
7- Always dampen your beauty blender/sponge. Your makeup will look more skin-like
8- Use concealer as an eye-primer
9- Exfoliate your lips for a smoother lipstick application
10-  Use a clean spoolie after you apply your mascara to separate your lashes
11- When you have a sunburn, keep your moisturizer in the fridge for a faster healing protest and cooling effect
12- use a heat protector spray on your hair even if you're not using any hot tools. The sun can burn your hair too
13- Paint your nails before you shower. The skin around your nails will soften with the hot water and it'll be easy to clean up any mistakes.
14-  Replace liquid beauty products like mascara every 3-4 months
15- Put vaseline on your feet followed by your softest socks. You will wake up with the softest feet ever.
16- Do a hair mask once a week. You can buy one or make one at home
17- Out of shaving cream? use conditioner or olive oil
18- Apply talcum powder after you apply your roll-on deodorant to keep your armpits dry
19-Use your bronzer as an eyeshadow for an easy and cohesive makeup look
20-  Apply a bit of Vaseline/lip balm in the center of your lips if you're wearing a liquid lipstick that makes your lips feel too dry.

What are your favourite beauty tips/hacks?

I'm not super short. I'm 161 cm (5ft 2) which I think it's a quite normal height. Sure the average must be like 5ft4 or something, but I still don't think I'm that short.  Other people think otherwise. Since high school people would 'make fun' of my height. It's not my fault everyone else is a giant!

I like being my height. Before I would always complain about how short I was and how I looked like I was twelve when I was actually sixteen. Now, I've grown to love it.

Being short has many advantages like, for example, not looking 'too tall' in heels, but, like everything else in the word, it also has its disadvantages. Here are problems every short girl can relate to.

1- Clothes never fit properly.
Ugh how I hate this. Every time I buy a pair of jeans I have to get them cut at the bottom because they are too long on me. The same happens with shirts every now and again but I tend to buy 3/4 sleeved shirts so I don't really have a problem anymore.

2- Trying to take photos with people taller than you
This is just plain frustrating. You can never get a right angle when taking pictures with people taller than you. Either most of your body is left out of the picture of the person's head is cut out

3- People pointing out how short you are
In my first year of uni, everybody, and I mean everybody commented on my height. I'm not that small people! There are people out there smaller than I am.

4- Looking younger than you actually are
Do you know how many times people thought I was 15? I'm 20 for goodness sake! I know I'm complaining right now, but in tens years, when people think I'm 25 instead of 30 I'll be more than happy that's for sure

5- Your feet not hitting the ground when you sit
Chairs are not made for short people. Period

6- Being called cute
Thanks for the compliment but don't call me that because I'm short.

7- Not being able to see around tall people
This is the most frustrating thing ever. That's why I hate crowds. I can never see anything

How tall are you? Do you usually have any of these problems?
