We all like to look good everyday right? But we like to look even better on special occasions. The new year is always a special occasion, maybe more so to some than others. However, you can't deny that new year's eve is one of those days/nights that you are very likely not to forget for the whole new year.

I love winter: it's probably my favourite season. I love being cosy under a warm blanket, watching a film next to my fireplace with a warm tea on my hand. However, even though I love winter, I hate what it does to my skin. I have an oily t-zone but the rest of my face is pretty much problem-free, that is until winter comes. My skin gets super dry, especially on my cheeks, my lips get all gross and my hands feel like they've been lost in the Sahara desert for 30 years.

I've got a Pinterest board filled with Christmasy stuff such as decor ideas, recipes and bunch of other things and I was looking through it yesterday and thought 'There's a ton of stuff I want to do before Christmas. I'll just make a list.'' And I did. Then, as I looked through it I came to the conclusion that the list could be used by everyone, not just me. So, here it is: my (and now yours) holiday to-do list.

The Holidays are always a busy time for pretty much everyone. From gift shopping to decorating our homes, to dinner parties, we barely have time to breath. Today I'm here to make your life a little bit easier during this time. As I said above, we're pretty much all busy with dinner parties, among other things and if we can save up some time when choosing what to wear, then why not?

You know those jumpers filled with Christmas related imagery we all say we hate but secretly love? Those are the ones I'll talk about today. Everyone complains about how ugly they are and yet jump at the opportunity to wear one. I can honestly say I love them. They are cheesy, borderline tacky but they are a part of Christmas and for that, they have my love.

I have to be honest: this was the hardest gift guide to put together. I don't know why but I always struggle with what to give to guys. It's probably because I'm a girl and am much more comfortable with choosing gifts for other girls since I can relate to them more and have a wider knowledge of what girls like. This is exactly what men feel when they have to buy us something. Anyways, I've gathered a few things that are pretty good gifts and are things pretty much all men like.

We've all seen Bloggers/YouTubers talking about how they do their makeup, their hair and everything like that, but lately, the 'Get Unready With Me' type of post/video seems to be a trend. I'm going, to be honest with you, I much rather prefer reading/watching these than the 'Get Ready With Me' ones. I feel like these are much more genuine. You're letting other people into your real life and not just the glamorous part. I don't know if I'm making any sense right now but that's just how I feel.

There are some people who prefer to receive (and also give) a bunch of small gifts instead of a big one. I'm one of those people.
On this gift guide, I tried to gather up bits and bobs that could work for every girl: I've got beauty, fashion and lifestyle. Here are my favourite stocking fillers.

Pink is normally a colour people associated with spring and summer. It's a light and vibrant colour commonly known to be a girly and princessy colour. Lately, though we've been seeing pink more and more, on women and men, during all occasions and seasons. Millenial Pink has been the talk of the town for the past few years and people are adhering to this trend more and more as the years go by.
